All orders placed on www.nbgcollective.com are processed Monday through Friday and shipped within 5-8 business days (excluding major holidays and weekends). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.


Lost or Stolen Packages:

Return Policy:
At this time, as a small brand, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges and all sales are final for NBG Collective products purchased on www.nbgcollective.com. As we grow, we're actively working on expanding our policies and hope to offer returns in the near future.
